Changes:
- Moved to .NET 4.5
- Improved the settlement generation from templates by adding more options
- Lots of small bugfixes
- A lot of improvements to the command line interface, especially for the parallel calculation.
- Started working on the charts. A lot of them are broken right now, because the automatic font size determiner isn’t working yet, so it’s still a work in progress.
- Largely fixed the apparent and reactive power calculations, but still missing data for perfecting those.
